What owners’ association committees and customers say about us
When the committee of an owners’ association (SVJ) chooses a cleaning company, it wants to know how the company has done elsewhere. That is why you will find references here from committee members and customers we clean for. Each one shows the first name, role and city district. We have translated the texts from Czech; in the original we only corrected minor typos.
Over the last 2 years we have already been through 3 companies. It seems to me this is the only company that really knows what it is doing. It cleans our block of flats for our owners’ association, and we were surprised by how helpful they are and by the quality of their service. I am happy with the services GaRiK offers.

Paní Janacommittee member, owners’ association (SVJ)Brno-Bystrc We had never-ending problems with our previous cleaning company. So we replaced it, and we have no regrets. I can recommend Garik.cz. Thank you.

Paní Lenkacommittee member, owners’ association (SVJ)Brno-Komín GaRiK cleans the common areas of our owners’ association. That means three apartment buildings with 45 flats in total. They clean twice a week, they also clean our garages, and in winter they take care of snow clearing. The cleaning is always done exactly according to the agreed schedule and to a very high standard. If you keep running into problems with cleaning in your building, I can recommend GaRiK for its reliability and professionalism.

Pan Radekcommittee member, owners’ association (SVJ)Brno-Bystrc I had my sofa and carpets cleaned by a family company that takes pride in precise work. I have never seen anyone work the way this gentleman ‘pampered’ them, and I have tried a few. As a bonus, I like that they are from Bystrc, like me.
