Why we have no price list on our website

A general price list would tell you little about your building. Cleaning a smaller building with one entrance and a large building with a lift and several entrances differs in scope and in the time we spend there. Instead of a general price list, we prepare a tailored quote for the specific property.

On this page you will find what affects the price of cleaning for each service. If you go through the points that apply to your building or company, you will know what we will ask you about when you send a request.

What affects the price of cleaning an apartment building

For apartment building cleaning and common areas, the main factors are:

• the number of entrances and floors and the size of the corridors,
• whether the building has a lift and how many lift cars are cleaned,
• cellars and other shared rooms,
• the cleaning frequency you agree with us,
• washing the stairwell windows and sills, and how often they should be washed,
• looking after the area around the building and the bin stores.

Garages and machine floor cleaning

For machine garage cleaning it depends on the area, the number of parking spaces and how dirty the garage is. It also matters whether the spaces are empty during cleaning and whether the entrance gate should be washed too.

For machine floor cleaning in corridors, halls or offices, the price is affected by the area, the type of surface (tiles, linoleum, poured concrete) and how easily the scrubber can reach the floor.

Windows, sofas and winter maintenance

• Window and shopfront cleaning: the number and size of the windows, the type of frames, the sills and access to the windows.
• Sofa and carpet cleaning: the number of seats or the area of carpet, the type of upholstery and how dirty it is.
• Winter maintenance in Bystrc and nearby: the area of pavements, entrances and car parks and the extent we are to maintain.

Office and commercial cleaning

For office cleaning the price is based on the cleaning plan we prepare after looking round the premises. It depends on the floor area, the number of rooms and kitchenettes, the cleaning frequency and the time of day when the cleaning should be done.

Regular or one-off cleaning

The price also depends on whether it is regular cleaning or a one-off job. Regular cleaning of common areas or offices is planned for the long term, and the price follows from the agreed scope and frequency. One-off window cleaning, garage cleaning or sofa cleaning is priced according to the specific work.

If you want both, for example regular cleaning of the building plus washing the stairwell windows several times a year, we will prepare one combined quote. You will not have to compare several separate documents.

What you will find in the quote

In the quote we set out which areas we clean, what we do in them and how often. You will also see what is not part of regular cleaning and can be ordered separately. This makes it easy to compare the quote with what you expect from the cleaning and, if needed, ask for changes.
