GaRiK is a family-run cleaning company from Brno-Bystrc. We have been cleaning since 2015, and since 2018 we have operated as GaRiK.cz s.r.o. We clean apartment buildings, companies and homes in Brno and the surrounding area.

Who we are
GaRiK.cz s.r.o. is a family-run cleaning company based on Hvozdecká street in Brno-Bystrc. We have been cleaning since 2015. In 2018 we set up the limited company under which we work today.
The core of our work is cleaning apartment buildings. Alongside it we offer machine cleaning of garages and floors, window cleaning, sofa and carpet cleaning, office cleaning and, in Bystrc and nearby, winter maintenance.
What we do
Most of our work is regular cleaning of common areas for owners’ associations (SVJ), housing cooperatives and building managers. We clean stairwells, corridors, lifts and cellars, wash windows and sills, and look after the area around the building and the bin stores. We also do:
- machine cleaning of garages and parking spaces,
- machine floor cleaning of tiles, linoleum and poured concrete,
- window and shopfront cleaning for buildings, companies and homes,
- office and commercial cleaning according to a cleaning plan,
- sofa and carpet cleaning with an extraction machine,
- winter maintenance of pavements and entrances in Bystrc and nearby.
How we work
Every job starts with a conversation. We ask what was missing from your cleaning so far, and we come to look at the building or office, in the early evening if need be. The consultation and the quote are free.
What matters to us in our work:
- We keep to what we agree. We clean to the agreed scope and at the agreed times.
- Openness. If something cannot be done as planned, we tell you in good time and agree another solution.
- Consideration. In buildings where people live and in companies where people work, we clean so that we do not get in anyone’s way unnecessarily.
- Discretion. Whatever we see while cleaning a building or an office stays with us.
The conversation leads to a quote with the scope and frequency of cleaning. When you approve it, we sign a written contract setting out the scope, frequency and price of the cleaning, and arrange to receive the keys or fobs. After that, nobody from your side needs to be present while we clean. If the building’s needs change over time, we adjust the scope of cleaning. We deal with any comments directly with you, by phone or email.
