A small district by the reservoir

You can order it on its own, even if you do not use our other cleaning, or together with regular cleaning of an apartment building.
Sofas and carpets for households
Sofa and carpet cleaning is useful in a family house even if you do not need regular cleaning. We use the extraction method: a cleaning solution is sprayed into the upholstery and immediately sucked out again together with the dirt. Once a year is enough for an ordinary household; with allergies, small children or pets we recommend three times a year. A smaller job can be priced from a description and photos.

What we look out for in Kníničky
A village shaped by the reservoir
The original village of Kníničky was flooded by the Brno Reservoir, built between 1936 and 1940. Before the flooding, Nové Kníničky was laid out in the late 1930s east of the old village, along the road from Bystrc to Jinačovice. It became part of Brno in 1960.
New streets in the north
In recent years the village has grown northwards, where Ambrožova, Hluboček and U Luhu streets were built up with family houses. In the new streets we offer the same services as in the older part, from window cleaning to clearing snow at the gate.
Between water and woods
Roughly two thirds of the land is covered by the Podkomorské lesy forests, and Kníničky also includes part of the reservoir with half of its dam. The houses sit at the foot of Mniší hora on the left bank of the Svratka.
