Who we clean offices for

Companies and offices. We clean office space for small and larger companies: workstations, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, corridors and toilets.

Surgeries and healthcare premises. In surgeries and waiting rooms, cleanliness matters even more than elsewhere. We prepare the cleaning plan around how the surgery runs and which surfaces need more frequent attention.

Business premises and shops. We also clean business premises, shops and other non-residential spaces where cleaning has to fit around day-to-day operations.

Office buildings. For building managers and tenants we offer cleaning of the building’s common areas as well as individual offices, depending on who needs what.

How office cleaning works

We do not price office cleaning in Brno from a table. Two offices with the same floor area can be completely different: one has carpet and two kitchenettes, the other has tiles, glass partitions and a reception. That is why our cleaning technician always looks round the premises first.

During the visit we look at the floors, furniture, kitchenettes and toilets. We ask how many people work in the offices, when it is busiest and what bothers you about your current cleaning. From that we prepare an individual cleaning plan that fits your needs and what is practical for you. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment.

A sample office cleaning plan

We always adapt the actual plan to your premises. You will find the basis of regular cleaning above: bins and rubbish, dust, fingerprints, floors, the kitchenette and toilets.

On top of that, the plan includes tasks that are only done from time to time. These include cleaning windows and glass partitions, machine scrubbing of corridor floors, cleaning upholstered chairs and carpets, or a more thorough clean of the kitchenette. For each of these tasks the plan states how often we do it, so you know what to expect.

How often and when we clean

How often to clean depends on how busy the office is. A small office with a few people does not need cleaning as often. Where many people come and go every day, or where customers visit, it makes sense to clean more often. You can change the frequency and scope of cleaning at any time while we work together.

We also clean outside your working hours, as agreed. Nobody is disturbed during the working day by a vacuum cleaner or a wet floor, and in the morning you come into a clean office. We write the exact days and times of cleaning into the contract.

Access to the premises and trust

Cleaning outside working hours means that nobody is in the offices. So at the start we agree how you will give us keys, fobs or access codes and who we should contact when something is needed. We also agree how to treat desks and documents. Everything is done as we agree together.

What we look at in different types of premises

Open-plan offices have many workstations, a lot of glass and shared areas, so the kitchenette, meeting room and entrance get the most attention. Smaller offices with separate rooms need more time for moving between rooms and emptying the bin in each one. In surgeries and waiting rooms we focus on the surfaces patients touch: door handles, chair armrests and the reception desk.

How we keep an eye on quality

The cleaning plan is what keeps quality in check. It states exactly what is done and when, so you can easily tell whether the cleaning has been done. If something is not right, let us know and we will agree how to put it right or adjust the plan.

When the way you work changes, for example when new staff join or you get a new meeting room, the plan can be adjusted at any time. Just get in touch and we will agree what to add to the plan or take out. We prepare a quote for the adjusted scope free of charge, so you know in advance what is changing.

The cleaning is done by a family-run company from Bystrc that has been doing this since 2015. When we start working together, we offer a free consultation, where we advise you on what scope of cleaning makes sense.

What we need from you

  • access to the premises at the agreed time (keys, fobs or codes),
  • a contact person who will tell us about changes in how the office runs,
  • information on where we can get water and store our cleaning equipment,
  • a list of rooms that should not be cleaned, or only when your staff are present.

Other services for companies

Alongside regular office cleaning you can also order:

What you gain

Your staff and visitors will appreciate a clean working environment. You no longer have to worry about who cleans the kitchenette or takes out the rubbish. You can read how the price of cleaning is put together on our page on tailored cleaning prices. We will arrange a visit and a cleaning plan for your company after you send us a no-obligation request for a quote.

How we work together

  1. Your request

Tell us what kind of premises it is, the approximate floor area, the number of rooms and how often you would like them cleaned.

  2. Visit to your premises

Our cleaning technician walks round the premises with you, looks at the floors, kitchenettes and toilets and asks about how the office runs and what you need.

  3. Cleaning plan and quote

We prepare an individual cleaning plan and a quote. The plan sets out exactly what is cleaned and when.

  4. Contract

We sign a written long-term contract covering the scope, frequency and price of cleaning, and agree how we will get into the premises.

  5. Regular cleaning

We clean according to the plan. When the way you work changes or you need extra cleaning, we adjust the plan together.

What affects the price

We prepare a tailored price once the scope is clear. It mainly depends on:

  • floor area of the offices and number of rooms
  • how many times a week we clean
  • number of kitchenettes and toilets
  • type of flooring (carpet, tiles, linoleum)
  • extra work, such as window cleaning or chair cleaning

Frequently asked questions

How long is an office cleaning contract for?

We clean offices under a long-term contract. We agree the length of the arrangement and the notice period in the quote, to suit you.

Why do you want to see the offices before quoting?

The floor area in square metres does not tell us how many kitchenettes, glass surfaces or carpets there are. Without a visit we could only give you an estimate that would have to change later.

What is a cleaning plan?

A cleaning plan is a list of tasks and how often each is done: what is cleaned on every visit and what at longer intervals. It shows you what you are paying for and makes it easy to check that the cleaning is being done.

Can you clean outside our working hours?

Yes, nobody from your team needs to be there while we clean. You give us keys, a fob or an access code, and we agree who to call if something in the office changes unexpectedly.

Do you restock toilet paper, soap and towels in the toilets?

Yes, restocking hygiene supplies in the toilets can be part of the cleaning plan. We agree whether you supply the consumables or how we will provide them.

Can you also clean the windows or carpets at our company?

Yes. Besides regular cleaning we offer window cleaning, machine floor cleaning and cleaning of carpets and upholstered chairs. You can have them in the plan regularly or order them as a one-off.

Would you like a no-obligation quote?

Tell us what needs cleaning or give us a call. The consultation is free and we will tailor the quote to your needs.
