Working together
How do we start working with your cleaning company?
Send a no-obligation request through the form, email info@garik.cz or call +420 564 571 004. A short description of the property and what you expect from the cleaning is enough. We will get back to you, arrange a free consultation and then send you a tailored quote.
Will you come and see the property before sending a quote?
Yes. We look round an apartment building, garage or office on site before preparing a quote, and if daytime does not suit you, we can also come in the early evening. For smaller jobs, such as window cleaning or cleaning a sofa, a description and a few photos are usually enough.
Who do you clean for?
Most often for owners’ associations (SVJ), housing cooperatives and managers of apartment buildings. We also clean offices, surgeries and business premises. We offer window cleaning and sofa and carpet cleaning to households too.
Do you only clean in Bystrc, or in other parts of Brno too?
We are based in Bystrc, but we also clean in the neighbouring districts and in other parts of Brno, for example in Žabovřesky, Královo Pole, Líšeň or Bohunice. You will find an overview on the page Where we clean in Brno. We only offer winter maintenance in Bystrc and nearby.
Contract and ordering
Do you sign a contract for regular cleaning?
Yes. For regular cleaning we sign a written contract that sets out the scope, the cleaning frequency and the price. The owners’ association committee or company management has one contact at our company for everything.
Can we also order a one-off clean?
Yes. One-off jobs include, for example, window and shopfront cleaning, machine cleaning of garages and floors, and sofa and carpet cleaning. Our regular work is mainly cleaning the common areas of apartment buildings and offices.
Keys and access
How do you handle keys and fobs for the building or office?
When we start working together, we arrange the handover of keys or fobs in a way that suits you. Just tell us who on the committee, in the management company or at your firm will be in charge of them.
Do we have to be present while you clean?
No. Once we have access to the building or office, we clean according to the agreed plan without you having to be there.
Quality and feedback
What if we are not happy with the cleaning?
Let us know as soon as possible, by phone or email. We will talk the issue through and agree how to put it right. As a family company we deal with it directly, without passing it between departments.
Equipment and machines
Do you use your own machines and equipment?
Yes. We wash the floors of corridors, halls and garages with our own scrubber-dryer and clean sofas and carpets with our own extraction machine. We bring our own cleaning products and tools as well. If you have requirements for particular products, for example because of sensitive surfaces, tell us during the consultation.
Price
Why don’t you publish a price list on your website?
Every building and every company needs a different scope of cleaning, so a general price list would tell you little. That is why we price each job individually after a consultation. We explain what affects the price on the page about tailored cleaning prices.
Are the consultation and the quote free of charge?
Yes, the consultation and the quote are free and without obligation. You can discuss the quote at an owners’ association committee meeting, for example, and only then decide.
