Apartment building cleaning in Komín

The Komín housing estate was built in the 1970s to a design by the architect František Kopřivík. It sits along the Svratka and on the northern slopes, so many of the blocks stand on a hillside with steps leading up to the entrances.

Will you keep clear a pavement that the Komín winter plan lists as not maintained?
Public pavements and roads are managed by the district, and its plan decides how they are kept. We look after areas that belong to your building or that the owner entrusts to us, for example entrances, steps and the association’s car park. The maps on the Brno-Komín website or the district office will tell you who owns which strip.
Do you clean smaller houses in the old part of Komín, not just the estate blocks?
Yes. A smaller building in the old core of Komín usually has a shorter staircase but more work at the street entrance and in the yard. We therefore do not set the scope from a price table but only after we have seen the building.
